That Thing I don't Understand

Dearest ABS CBN,

I am a solid fan of Kapamilya station because of your world-class TV show. I'm just a simple and ordinary citizen of this country, please help me understand this post I saw in facebook just recently. Why are we cuttinv the president's term to 1 year and assuming that the VP will replace him.

How To Pick The Next President?

Just a thought before I close my eyes today:
Nakita ko kasi ung page ni Sir Josiah Go. I have nothing against him or his opinion or the way he endorse and defend LP specially Mr. Mar Roxas... but I was surprised na halos karamihan sa nagcocoment sa post nya about sa supporter ni Mr. Rodrigo Duterte ay ni-rereplyan nya. Heheh nakakatuwa lang...
Sa kabilang dako, ina-admire ko si Bro. Bo Sanchez and iba bang the Feast Builders sa kung papaano nila masinsing tinatalakay ang usaping panghalalan... napakasarap pakinggan na ang mga leader ng isang malaking communidad ay HINDI nag eendorse ng kahit na sinong pulitiko because they don't want to directly influence our thinking brains... sabi nga, we are humans and we have the brains to decide who do we want to become our leaders, it would be an insult to us to influence and dictate who do we vote... salungat sa kung papaano ineendorso ng malalaking pangalan ang mga tumatakbong pulitiko, ginagabayan ng The Feast ang mga tao sa paraan ng pagpili ng magiging leader... A Leader is a Servant. Piliin ang leader na handang maglingkod. Choose you leader according to your conscience. Ang pinili mong leader ay refleksyon ng iyong nais na kahinatnan ng susunod na anim na taon ng iyong baya. We make our own fate.

Salamat...

Lecture from the Feast

mark 10: 42-46
leadership: spark

Not to be served but to serve

Be like Jesus

1. Vote with your conscience

As followers of Jesus, our only power is the power to love

2. What do you expect from the election

Your vote is sacred

Our core problem is not political but spiritual.

The solution is a change of heart.

You don't change a country with one election

3. What do you expect from the government

Stop blaming this culture of blaming

When you blame others you give up your power to change yourself

A man can fail many times but he isnt a failure until he blames someone else.

When people are lame, they love to blame

God has the power to change your life.

4. what do you expect from the politician

Choose your highest value

Look for the basics
1. Look for maturity - Character and competence
2. You need mastery

First love your family as jesus loves your family.

The problems of this world is a problem of fatherhood.
80% of rapists comehomes from fatherless homes

71% of drug users come from fatherless homes

John 14 27-31
Jesus said to them: Peace i leave with you, My peace i give to you
not as the world gives do i give it to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled or afraid.

The command is love. Your calling is not to stay alive but to stay in love.

Take Me To KL -- Nando's Peri Peri

Finally have tried this restaurant famous for their flame-grilled peri peri chicken. A Portuguese dish of chicken marinated overnight to make sure that flavors will go deep into to the bones. The chicken is fresh and freshly grilled as you order.

So we had dinner at this world's famous restaurant during my visit at Malaysia. Unfortunately, we still don't have this in the Philippines.

Here's their menu and some items we ordered.
Chicken Liver and Portuguese Roll.
Hummus with Peri Peri Drizzle.
The hummus texture is nice, far better than what I have tried in some Mediterranean restuarants I have tried in the Philippines. Also, the sauce gives a different kick on the taste.
Mediterranean Rice.
Peri- Chips (a.k.a Fries)
Nando's Famous Sauces.  It comes in Wild Hot, Hot and Garlic. My favorite is Garlic since I'm not much fan of spicy dishes.
Coleslaw.
Drinks.
The Real Deal... Nando's Peri Peri.

With the limited choices of good Peri- Peri restaurant, you would really notice the difference of their version once you try it.

The char-grill flavor is not too intrusive it's just nice
Ending the meal with another famous.. Nata. The Portuguese custard pies. It was the best way to end the meal. Taste like heaven... :)

Budget - RM 15 -20 / dish
